- Following application for inclusion on the tender list the first stage may be a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ). This is usually a series of questions designed to establish a businesses suitability to be invited to tender.
- The next stage may be an Invitation To Tender (ITT). This will include commercial elements – such as pricing.
- Following the ITT a short list of tenderers may be invited to present. This will be an opportunity to meet and discuss the bid in further detail. UPLIFT Consulting can help with such presentations if required.
